One page per reporting month: each tenant shows three Bowler (bullet) metrics vs a 0–100 full scale. Use List for a scannable table or Detail for full cards. Update the data file each month; point data/manifest.json at the new JSON. All-tenant Bowler chart → Below the tenant grid, Group by portfolio adds a portfolio Bowler chart and bullet Bowler roll-ups.
